About the Role
As the Vice President of Operations, you will lead operations at Modsy and report to the COO. The VP of Operations will be responsible for leading and scaling all aspects of Modsy Operations as well as being a true voice of the customer experience. You will oversee various teams including Merchandising operations, Order Management and Logistics, 3D Operations, S&OP and Customer Success. You will partner with the Head of Design Services to create a seamless customer experience that continually improves Modsy’s service offering and delivery experience while driving efficiencies and cost savings. You will work closely with finance to ensure operational capacity aligns with demand and product management and engineering to drive efficiencies and leverage over time.
