As our Solutions Marketing Leader, you will be in a unique position to shape how artificial intelligence and data science are used to transform healthcare operations. In this capacity, you will own our solution / product positioning and messaging platform, and will partner with our clinical operations and product teams to influence the development of our solutions. You will forge industry and customer relationships in order to shape the thinking in our space and drive our category leadership. 
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of healthcare/hospital operations, from either lean consulting or industry performance improvement roles,  as well as B2B software product marketing experience including successfully launching products/platforms to enterprise buyers. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will partner closely with Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Own Qventus’s solution, product, and platform positioning and messaging.
    • Drive the launch process for solutions and products, including pricing, packaging and enablement of the sales and customer success teams.
    • Develop marketing content to support the entire customer adoption lifecycle, including assets for the communications, demand gen, inside sales, direct sales, and customer success teams. Assets will include presentations, white papers, solution briefs, web content, demos and demo scripts, videos, ROI models, and competitive materials. 
    • Coordinate cross-functional product launches. Develop an intimate understanding of our customers and their most pressing business challenges through market interactions, research and feedback loops. Understands the competitive landscape, and can identify opportunities to reinforce Qventus’s competitive differentiation. Inform marketing campaign strategy based on knowledge of the customer, their needs, and our sales priorities.
    • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop programs to drive demand and grow the sales pipeline.
    • Develop strong partnerships and processes across the organization to enable strategic decision-making.
    • Support awareness and thought leadership goals; support AR/PR and awareness activities including representing Qventus at trade shows, industry events and other thought leadership forums.


    • Deep knowledge of healthcare / hospital operations, from either lean consulting or industry performance improvement roles
    • B2B software product marketing experience, including successfully launching products/platforms to enterprise buyers. 
    • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong technical proficiency.
    • Ability to balance longer term strategy with operational execution; strong bias to action/gets stuff done.
    • Ability to work through ambiguity with ease.
    • Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data.
    • Comfort working with C-level customers (with the confidence to influence them).

Position Requirements:

    • 10+ years in consulting, operations, product marketing and/or product management. 
    • Ability to travel periodically (approximately 10-15%).
