Grove is hiring a Head of Social Media to act as the strategic & operational lead for all our social media channels. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the social strategy & new channel launches, develop a growing team and partner cross-functionally with other key teams across the company.
This is a role that requires an experienced team leader who can manage and mentor a team to bring creative ideas to life. You need to believe in our mission and can champion it while tying our social channel content back to our brand & growth strategy.
You nerd out in the numbers and seek to grow the channel in support of business objectives, but you’re also connected to popular culture and are energized by our community conversations. You can represent the voice of the customer in our marketing discussions and back it up with relevant data points. Reporting to our VP of Content & Community and based out of Grove’s San Francisco Headquarters or in our sister location, Portland, Maine, you will serve as the day-to-day Operational & Strategic lead.
