This is a contract-to-hire position. Ritual is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Physician Partnership Executive to introduce and educate healthcare providers about our library of products. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing Ritual’s relationships with physicians in your territory, helping them understand our value proposition and the science behind our products so they can in turn provide patients with accurate and well-grounded recommendations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of Ritual in your geographic area, and to play an integral role in Ritual’s outreach to the medical community.

What You'll Do

    • Identify, target, and develop long-lasting relationships with physicians (particularly OB/GYNs) and staff to grow Ritual’s brand awareness among the medical community.
    • Introduce Ritual’s products to healthcare professionals and arm them with relevant information to drive subscriptions from doctor recommendations and achieve the business potential of your territory.
    • Produce weekly reports detailing office visits, feedback from physicians and staff, and other relevant information. 
    • Think strategically and critically to address challenges in a changing healthcare landscape, and generate new, unconventional ideas to drive physician interest and patient subscriptions.
    • Embrace Ritual’s core values as Ritual’s brand ambassador in your territory.

Who You Are

    • An energetic people-person. You remember names, faces, and details about people’s lives. You are excited about building and nurturing relationships with physicians, nurses, and their office staff, and already have an existing network of OB/GYNs in your territory who trust and respect you. You can speak about science, nutrients and medicine with a smile on your face. 
    • Quick learner and excellent communicator. You pick up concepts and facts quickly, and can read an audience and tailor communication to their needs.
    • Organized. You are systematic in creating visit schedules, and meticulously record feedback to ensure questions get answered.
    • Solutions Oriented. You can problem-solve in the field, analyzing complicated situations and offering insights and suggestions on how to resolve them. 
    • Resilient. You are motivated by setbacks, and are respectfully persistent. You don’t like taking “no” for an answer! 

What You Need

    • Education: BS/BA. Equivalent experience also accepted.
    • Experience: 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or cord blood registry sales, specifically within women’s health. 
    • A keen understanding of and interest in women’s health and the competitive landscape of products within the space.
    • Proven sales success within women’s health and a track record of seeking out opportunities and executing independently. 
    • Deep insight into OB/GYN practices in your area and an ability to target practices based on size, demographic, and location.
