Description

The Technology Recruiter will own the talent acquisition process for key roles in the Engineering/Technology & Product departments.  This includes sourcing, phone screening, creating structured interview guides by positions, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

You’ll fill position titles such as:

  • Software Developer
  • QA Engineer
  • Chief Architect
  • DevOps Engineers
  • Product Manager
  • Program Manager
  • Project Manager
  • Product Owners
  • UX Designers

You understand the art of matching candidate with the right position.  In addition, since Avetta is currently growing rapidly, you will be involved in career development and succession planning as we continue to scale the business. 

 

DELIVERABLES:

 

Marketing & Employer Brand

Create our brand presence by revamping our careers site, creating candidate presence on our Glassdoor and Linkedin page.  You will get to partner with our Marketing Team to create campaigns to go after hard to find technology talent.

Job Descriptions & Success Profile

You will partner with the hiring managers to create a success profile to clearly identify the personality, education, and skillset we need for each Sales position.  This includes identifying the success metrics, competencies, & “must haves” for each position.  Your writing skills are superb and you’ll capture the essence of the role with your descriptive language.

Career Coach & Talent Management

Since you’ll have “the inside scoop” of to our hiring plans.  Every candidate you speak to is a potential employee who will grow and get promoted.  You’ll know who has potential to grow to even a bigger role at Avetta.

Culture Builder

You’ll partner with the People Operations team to creatively launch some internal culture activities in order to differentiate us from the competitors.  Google and Amazon got ‘nutting on us!

Training & Development

Once the candidates have accepted, you’ll partner with the training team in order to ensure all your new candidates and onboarded and have the skills to work on our technology stack.
