The Marketing team at Plaid is looking for an analytical marketer focused on organic traffic growth, website experimentation, and organic funnel optimization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in an SEO or growth role at a SaaS software company. You will grow organic channels by analyzing performance data, influencing content strategy, developing website optimization and experimentation plans, and analyzing results.

What excites you

    • Analyze large data sets to understand our inbound funnels and identify areas of opportunity
    • Create, evangelize, and execute our SEO and inbound traffic strategy
    • Manage website conversion rate optimization experiments, analysis, and reporting
    • Work closely with cross functional content owners to optimize new and existing assets for organic visibility
    • Recommend new tools or technologies to improve our marketing stack

What excites us

    • 4+ years of experience in Growth, SEO, Analyst, or Development role at a top-tier consumer or enterprise software company
    • Have managed full-funnel growth programs including A/B testing, channel effectiveness, and LTV/CAC analysis
    • A sensitivity for branding and how each interaction impacts customer perception
    • Are great at distilling complex analyses into easy-to-consume business insights
    • SQL proficiency a plus 
    • Hands-on management and optimization of customer acquisition channels: SEO, SEM, Social/Display ads; is a big plus
