Sales at Policygenius

Our Sales team works with customers to understand their unique needs while providing them with a fantastic customer service experience. As a member of the Sales team, you won’t need to worry about prospecting or cold calling, as you’ll have a steady stream of warm leads to engage. Our salary-based role ensures that you can focus on providing your customers with best-in-class service and the products that are right for them. You’ll get to directly impact real people’s lives, have a slew of cutting-edge technology at your fingertips, and work with an amazing team of dedicated salespeople to boot. 

In this role, you will...

  • Become a subject matter expert on life insurance through targeted training, coaching, and mentorship (we’ll even help you get licensed!).
  • Practice consultative selling techniques to ensure we're pairing customers with the best product for their needs.
  • Collaborate with other frontline teams regularly to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Work alongside a high-performing team to meet (and shatter!) goals on a regular basis.
  • Interact with our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text, all organized within our homegrown CRM.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of customer-facing work experience.
