We are looking for empathetic and passionate Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team for the holidays. You will work directly with customers to address their questions through phone and  email. Our operation is open 7 days per week in our Oakland office (easily accessible to BART), and may involve flexibility to cover evenings and weekends. Shift schedules are variable, however, shifts cover 5:30am to 5:30pm. This is a seasonal position.

You will:

    • Respond to and bring resolution to customer inquiries via phone and email in accordance with our policies and procedures with accuracy, empathy, and grace
    • Provide customers with support about Minted products and promotions, as well as general order information (e.g., processing orders and customizing designs)
    • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM (SalesForce)
    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries on a timely basis to ensure high customer satisfaction and service experience
    • Identify and escalate priority issues that require immediate attention
    • Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share with our Customer Service leadership team
    • Be accountable to attain the highest quality standards for your customer interactions and Productivity KPIs (key performance indicators)

You are:

    • Action, results, and detail-oriented able to positively and efficiently resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
    • Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products 
    • Excited to be a part of an organization fostering a culture that values feedback and believes in continuous improvement in service of individual and departmental goals
    • Reliable and consistent - able to commit to a variable work schedule in accordance with the company attendance policy (including weekends) based upon business needs

You have:

    • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferably at a premium/luxury brand) or related experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer proficiency
    • Experience using a CRM like SalesForce or other CRM a plus
