We are looking for empathetic and passionate Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team for the holidays. You will work directly with customers to address their questions through phone and email. Our operation is open 7 days per week in our Oakland office (easily accessible to BART), and may involve flexibility to cover evenings and weekends. Shift schedules are variable, however, shifts cover 5:30am to 5:30pm. This is a seasonal position.
