Position Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our Data Lake engineering teams. This team is responsible for building the full stack application for managing our Data Lake product within the security management platform.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about building high quality and scalable software. 
The ideal profile requires several years of software engineering development experience as an individual contributor plus engineering management experience. This candidate sees the success of the team as their personal success and is willing to roll up their sleeves and assist the team and customer success teams in resolving critical product issues.


    • Bachelors degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years experience in software engineering
    • Design capabilities and ability to review code and provide guidance
    • Able to provide architectural technical input and general direction.
    • Ensure quality of technical deliverables (code, designs, documentation, unit test, guidelines, etc.)
    • Experience and comfortable with technology stacks either on front end or back end.
    • Experience in developing and scaling commercial products either for on-prem or cloud.

Project and Process

    • Work with product owners to define the requirements/user stories
    • Work with customer success teams to resolve critical customer issues
    • Manage conflicting priorities
    • Ownership for product quality, including test automation of unit and functional tests
    • Fully experienced with development practices such as Agile, CI/CD, and software tools


    • Experience managing a group of 8+ engineers across multiple geographies
