Director of Product Training

NHT is looking for a an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our Product team to lead NHT Product training initiatives. <span ":="" 10.0pt"="">The Director of Product Training conducts comprehensive, instructor-led training for NextHealth’s software solutions and collaborates with subject matter experts to develop training materials and curriculum.

The position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal, written and communication skills and a background in adult learning as well as building software training material and/or building software product documentation. The individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and must work collaboratively to meet the needs of clients as well as NHT departments and employees. This is a new position at NHT.


  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the NHT product suite from both technical and analytical perspectives
  • Provide software application training using a variety of methods including web based and on-site training
  • Coordinate new customer implementations, providing training to maximize use of the NHT Platform
  • Collaborate with NHT Client Services to identify training needs, gaps, and opportunities at clients
  • Collaborate with NHT Product/Analytics/Engineering and QA in developing training materials
  • Provide support to internal and external users on the product
  • Provide support to NHT Client Services, working with Engagement Managers to position and deliver training options amongst service offerings
  • 25% of your time will be dedicated to the development and facilitation of NHT’s internal training program, including administration of the training budget.


  • 5+ years of training experience
  • 5+ years of SaaS Business to Business training
  • Position starts as an individual contributor, therefore, must have experience directly building and maintaining training materials
  • Excellent oral and written communication, human relations and problem solving skills
  • Effective presentation, group process (facilitation), and project management skills
  • Experience developing learning strategies, product curriculum, learning plans
  • Experience building and delivering web-based training for software products
  • Ability to adapt training to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate technical and analytical information in non-technical terms
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical users
  • Bachelors degree or greater (Analytics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communication, Instructional Design)


Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree or greater (Analytics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communication, Instructional Design)
  • Technical skills include advanced knowledge of web technologies, CBT training material development
  • Experience with Analytics methodologies
  • Healthcare domain experience
