Description

The Dental Office Manager will serve as the primary position representing Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Center’s (BCPSC) interests at the Children’s Ambulatory Surgery Center of New Jersey (CASC). Position is located at Children's Ambulatory Surgery Center of New Jersey in Fair Lawn, NJ. As a Blue Cloud Manager, you will provide customer service from start to finish for Blue Cloud's patients. Manage the daily schedule to ensure all paperwork and other requirements have been met prior to established date of service for the, greet patients as they arrive at the center, and answer questions for a positive patient care experience.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage Provider Schedules - Coordinate Scheduling templates with BCPSC Call Center Leadership.
  • Responsible for coordinating BCPSC RDA coverage as necessary with CASC.
  • Coordinate Procedure appointments with CASC and BCPSC.
  • Processes third party insurance verification, co-pay/deductible payments, anesthesia billing requirements in a timely manner.
  • Manage patient list to ensure we know outcome of all qualifying patients.
  • Responsible for working with BCPSC Billing Dept as necessary.
  • Ensuring all required supplies are available for providers-coordinating with CASC management and BCPSC as needed
  • Supports and endeavors to promote a positive work environment.
  • Point of contact for IT for troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Territory Relationship Manager to address any customer service issues.
  • Ability to fill in for the Registered Dental Assistant if needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of office management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of dental experience.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.
  • Ability to transition to change based on needs of the center.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Strong background in patient care environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strongly Preferred
  • Registered Dental Assistant Preferred
