This position will join the demand generation team as part of the marketing department. We are responsible for generating targeted leads, nurturing prospects, and driving pipeline and revenue. 
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks supporting our demand generation and inbound marketing initiatives.

What you will get to do in this role:

    • Assist with the execution of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation initiatives
    • Assist with event management (tradeshows, conferences, webinars) from planning to execution
    • Maintain a cutting edge understanding of social media best practices, features, strategies, and tactics
    • Create operational assets (autoresponders, landing pages, global forms, newsletters, surveys, blogs, etc.)
    • Manage projects in Asana, push to meet deadlines, and summarize weekly activity
    • Compile reports as needed, including monthly and quarterly reports, using Marketo & SFDC
    • Partner with marketing operations to kick-off new projects, scrub database, and manage campaign timelines
    • Work with all members of the marketing team to support content and campaign development

What you will need to be successful in this role:

    • Entry-level, internship, or relevant experience
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HTML, and email marketing software
    • Motivated to identify missing opportunities and take them on as your own
    • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, including strong communication and a proactive attitude
    • Previous use of social media platforms for business or freelance
    • Ability to take direction and deliver beyond expectations

Other skills that will be useful in this role:

    • Ability to quickly learn software to manage campaigns and report results (Excel a plus)
    • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
