Our Marketing team is one of the best in the business. We work hard and work smart, covering all functional areas from demand generation to product marketing using metrics as our guide. We’re a fast-paced, collaborative, and curious bunch that isn’t afraid to take action, ask questions, and lend a helping hand. As part of the demand generation team we are responsible for generating targeted leads, nurturing prospects, and driving pipeline and revenue.
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting Propel's inbound marketing strategy, which includes social, SEO, content development, landing page optimization, and email marketing, as a member of the Demand Generation team. You will own webinars and email marketing end-to-end, from ideation to execution, while constantly identifying ways to improve engagement.

What you will get to do in this role:

    • Ideate and write extensive website content to help drive organic traffic and conversion
    • Take a journalistic approach to generating content ideas and responding to industry news
    • Regularly evaluate how content is performing in terms of views, keyword rankings, conversions, etc.
    • Execute and maintain best-in-class content marketing execution across the entire buyers journey
    • Write, create, and manage a database of assets, including emails, blog posts, social media posts, reports, case studies, videos, webinars, ad copy, and speaking sessions, to power demand generation initiatives
    • Audit and update existing content by identifying opportunities to repurpose across multiple formats and channels

What you will need to be successful in this role:

    • 3+ years of proven content marketing experience, specifically executing programs that build awareness and deliver qualified leads to sales
    • Portfolio of engaging marketing materials such as web page content, e-books, blog posts, case studies, infographics, emails, etc.
    • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm to write what needs to be written; experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proven track record of leveraging in-house subject matter experts as well as creating assets directly
    • Experience with SEO and keyword research is desirable
    • Natural curiosity to measure, test, and iterate to get the best results
    • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what B2B audiences consume, when, and how to create it
