About the Role
As the Operations Forecast Analyst, you will report to the Business Operations Manager, and be an integral part of the Modsy Operations team. You will lead Sales & Operations Forecasting for the entire Operations organization, including 3D, Style, Design, Order Management, and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for accurately forecasting demand, staffing requirements, vendor capacity and aligning to the Financial Plan. You will work cross functionality with each team to further develop Modsy’s forecasting visibility and accuracy. You will also build reporting capabilities and provide supporting analysis to the forecast for Operations. This is a critical role ensuring alignment across all of Operations and achievement of company goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in S&OP Planning, Financial Modeling, or Analytics, and be comfortable building forecasts and models the ground up. They will be passionate about design, data and leveraging technology to drive a better business insight. This analytical thinker must align with Modsy’s core values and be curious, a natural problem solver, and data driven.
