Modsy’s success designing and furnishing homes has led to the development of a new vertical. This new pre-construction vertical will cater to customers who are buying a newly constructed home. Customers will be able to customize finishes, appliances, and materials before the home is built. Then, Modsy will style their future home enabling customers to furnish their home before they move in. It’s the ultimate personalization for the ultimate life purchase.
About the Role
As the Operations Project Manager, you will lead project management activities for key strategic partners and activities at Modsy.  You will report to the VP of Business Development and Strategy (and Partnerships). The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for leading project management efforts to support Modsy’s Pre-Construction vertical as well as other strategic partnerships and initiatives.  You will work closely with Design Services, 3D Operations and the Pre-Construction Product and Engineering teams. Passionate about people, product and leveraging technology and data to drive a better client experience, this strategic and analytical thinker must align with Modsy’s core values and be superior at building and leading high performing teams. 

You’ll be excited about this role because you will:

    • Own project management activities for Modsy’s Pre-Construction Vertical efforts as well as other strategic partnerships and initiatives
    • Implement key process improvements within Modsy’s operations pipeline to maximize partnership experience and visibility 
    • Partner closely with Design Services team to obtain proper design support from the Style Network or Design Specialists 
    • Partner closely with 3D Operations to obtain proper 3D support and ensure demand constraints do not impact Modsy’s consumer business
    • Partnering with a team of engineers who are experts in 3D programming, UX, and services architecture in support of Modsy’s Pre-Construction vertical 

We’ll be excited about you because your experience and qualifications include:

    • A Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus 8-10 years of experience in business operations including experience with project management 
    • Measure, track and analyze results, report progress and optimize operational processes continuously through innovative practices
    • Initiate and execute end to end projects focused on creating a seamless partner  experience
    • Develop and maintain trusting relationships internally with business partners and externally with partners and vendors through effective communication
    • A track record of delivering results in a high growth startup environment
    • Strong strategic and analytical abilities
    • A proven ability to develop strong working relationships with external partners 
    • The ability to influence and drive results cross functionally in a way that enriches the company's culture and overall team performance
    • A passion for data driven, client centric decision making 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and problem solving skills
    • Hands on project management capabilities with advanced proficiency in Google suite, MS Office, SQL, Looker  applications
    • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing work environment
