Manager, Customer Success

Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will lead our US CSM team out of our Denver office. This leader will be responsible for the success and long-term growth of our customers. In this role, this leader will have the opportunity to lead and grow a team of five CSM’s who are the key point of contact for our managed customers. 


    • Manage a team of of CSM’s who are responsible for a significant portion of our overall recurring revenue.
    •  Mentor the team through weekly meetings, strategy sessions, QBR’s, and additional professional development initiatives. 
    • Own the gross retention of your team’s business by driving adoption and ensuring our customers continue to see the value we deliver. 
    • Understand the technical and business challenges of our customers and help enable your team to partner with our customer on how best to use the Leanplum platform.
    •  Ensure excellent account documentation in Gainsight, forecasting, account risk plans and identifying expansion opportunities. 
    • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success to ensure we are identify at-risk customers and help get them back on track. 


    • Minimum of 2-3 years leading a B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management team
    •  Track record of achieving and exceeding renewal, retention and growth targets
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and “own” your team’s book of business
    • A commitment to servant leadership and dedication to your team and their individual and combined experience
    • Technical mindset and passion Proficiency with SFDC and Gainsight.
    • Savvy with navigating multiple systems
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbalVery strong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work under multiple deadlines
