Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will lead our US CSM team out of our Denver office. This leader will be responsible for the success and long-term growth of our customers. In this role, this leader will have the opportunity to lead and grow a team of five CSM’s who are the key point of contact for our managed customers.
