What you’ll be doing

    • Partner with Sales Leadership, CFO, and Sales Operations on Variable Incentive Strategy
    • Collaborate with Sales team and Sales Finance in Quota design which aligns to Operating Plan
    • Detailed analysis and calculations related to incentive design and achievement.
    • Communicate results in clear, concise manner
    • Ensure commissions results are submitted accurately and timely
    • Run controls required for accurate payout of commissionsDevelop and present business insights to Sales Operations and Field leadership
    • Maintain and help own the sales incentive compensation processes, based on Qubole 

Required experiences and skills

    • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, related degree, or equivalent experience
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling etc.)
    • Strong experience in a sales operations analyst role, with a proven focus on Compensation
    • Experience working at a fast-growing startup Extraordinary social and interpersonal skills
    • Experience driving initiatives in a dynamic environment
    • Passionate about data and analysis
    • Background in Finance and Economics is a plus
