Minted is seeking a talented and passionate Manager, Business Operations to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting senior management in developing and executing manufacturing and supply chain strategies for our core stationery business and managing partners/suppliers in our manufacturing network. The Manager, Business Operations will be accountable for scaling our manufacturing network to support aggressive growth plans, ensuring we delight our customers with high quality products and services, introducing exciting and innovative new products in concert with other Minted functions, and achieving manufacturing and shipping cost goals. He/She will enjoy ‘rolling up his/her sleeves’ to deliver results resourcefully with a terrific team. This position reports to the Head of Supply Chain.
