The Wedding Partner Program Marketer is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and sales through Minted’s Wedding Planner/Venue and Photographer Affiliate programs. We are looking for a unique talent, who not only has the strategic and analytical skillset of a marketer, but also excellent relationship management abilities and the professional / social maturity to be a representative of our brand.
 
This is a full-time position reporting into the Wedding Category Marketing Director, and will be based in our San Francisco office. The successful candidate will be strategic and efficient, creative and solutions-oriented, and have excellent relationship management skills. 

You will:

    • Drive the strategic agenda and execute on key initiatives for Minted’s Wedding Professionals and Photographer Trade Programs, with the ultimate goal of efficiently delivering sales and new customers
    • Use results and insights to develop new program initiatives to acquire new members, activate them, and win their loyalty
    • Execute and quantitatively evaluate program initiatives across channels, with a focus on Email, Paid Social, Events, and Direct Mail
    • Partner with, and potentially manage, the Wedding Professionals Program Coordinator on program execution and providing best-in-class support to our program members. This includes addressing their questions in a timely and courteous manner and proactively resolving issues
    • Build and nurture relationships with our program members (and wedding professionals more broadly) to understand their needs, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations to improve their Minted experience
    • Act as an internal advocate
    • Help expand our addressable universe of wedding professionals:  define, pilot/incubate and ultimate scale new partner programs
    • Identify opportunities to drive program management efficiencies and project manage those efforts independently

You have:

    • Undergraduate degree from a top school
    • 3+ years experience in some combination of marketing, sales, consulting or other client-servicing type of work – looking for a smart, results-oriented generalist — this is not a traditional marketing role
    • Understanding of marketing levers and key e-commerce metrics 
    • Experience with reporting and analysis
    • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel (required)
    • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools (a plus)
    • Availability to travel 5-10%
