The Growth team at Plaid combines deep technical, product, and industry knowledge to help our customers build and scale amazing applications. We believe that the way consumers and businesses interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years.
 
You will be responsible for working directly with developers to help them create the applications that will empower businesses and consumers with their financial data. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, and product expansion. As part of Growth’s Startup Team, you’ll be working with our earliest and highest-potential customers, and be responsible for nurturing those relationships so they continue to grow successfully with Plaid.

    • Customer Success - Serving as the primary point of interaction with our startup customers as they scale, which includes creating resources and answering technical questions
    • Customer Onboarding - Working directly with developers and founders to help their startups launch on Plaid
    • Product Insights - Collecting and synthesizing customer feedback into meaningful product insights
