Singular is searching for a Partner Development Lead to oversee partner education, relationship
management and partnership alliances with our key strategic partners in North America.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated individual that has background in business development,
customer success or other go-to market roles that have been tasked directly with driving awareness and
customer leads through strategic partnership alliances and partner relationship management.
Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and established contacts with our partner ecosystem,
including (but not limited to) the largest digital publishers (FB, Google, Snap, Twitter), ad networks /
DSPs, lifecycle engagement platforms, CDPs, mobile-first agencies and other adjacent industry partners.
Having a strong technical understanding of how marketing analytics (specifically how mobile attribution
solutions work with ad networks and media partners) will be critical to the success of this role.
He or she must have demonstrated history in consistently meeting or exceeding business targets and
building strong relationships with target strategic partners. This position will be based in San Francisco
and will require light travel (about once/twice a quarter) to other US based cities.
What you'll do
Lead all partner education initiatives and relationship management for key partners in the North
Work closely with our sales team and our target partners to define a lead referral strategy. Lead
referral initiatives can include joint go-to market promotions, account mapping channel
Work closely with our COO and product team to define partner USPs for strategic partners.
Identify potential product or commercial partnership alliances and work with both internal and
external stakeholders to bring opportunities from concept to in-market launch.
Work with partners to define potential co-marketing opportunities from thought leadership
initiatives that aligns mutual business narratives. Opportunities can range from co-published
reports / white papers to industry hosted seminars / events.
Drive adoption and education of global programs and initiatives such as our Certified Partner
Program. Singular’s ROI Index, and key industry coalitions.
Provide constant feedback on partnership requirements to product, engineering and executive
team to ensure that we are delivering against partner requirements.
Work closely with COO to build a business plan with clear quarterly targets that aligns to
company overarching business and regional goals.
Assist with the review of partner contracts and liaise with legal team to review and edit as needed
What you'll need:
8+ years in the mobile and digital ad/mar-tech.
Established relationships with strategic partner channels (top 5 publishers, ad networks, analytics
and lifecycle management solutions and mobile-first agencies.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment.
Proven track record of exceeding performance-based goals tied to lead and revenue generation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
