Job Description: 

1. Answer phones and operate a switchboard 2. Route calls to specific people. 3. Answer inquiries 4. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable 5. Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in 6. Schedule meetings and conference rooms 7. Ensure reception area is tidy 8. Coordinate mail in-flow and out-flow 9. Coordinate office activities 10. Arrange appointments 11. Send email and faxes 12. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail 13. Update appointment calendars 14. Schedule follow-up appointments 15. Any other related work as assigned 

Skill Set: 

1. Experience of working in Real Estate 2. Good communication skills 3. Top-notch grooming and professional etiquettes 

Job Location: 

• Chennai / Whitefield, Bangalore 

Important Job Role Information: 

• 6 days working 

• A day in the week will be allowed as a weekly off day 

• Work timings – 9am – 6pm
