We are looking for an experienced, growth-oriented Performance Branding Manager to lead the expansion and diversification of Dave’s performance branding channels (TV, Out of Home, audio, and influencers..). You will be charged with growing our user based quickly and sustainably. The ideal person is performance driven, resourceful, innovative, and efficient. You have a deep understanding of growth channels and are always thinking a step ahead to enhance Dave’s growth. This person is someone who is passionate about showing through data how brand marketing is driving Dave forward.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead brand marketing measurement strategy for large, complex, multichannel campaigns including, TV, Out of Home, audio, and influencers.
    • Build and manage brand marketing campaign dashboards, and marketing technologies like media mix models and multi-touch attribution. 
    • Determine storytelling strategy for branding performance channels. 
    • Manage creative production for branding performance channels.
    • Ensuring creative deliverables are consistent with Dave’s messaging. 
    • Set up efficient systems and processes to manage user acquisition campaigns in a fast-paced environment
    • Anticipate new growth opportunities as they arise, implementing them into existing systems 

Experience Required

    • Experience building, managing, and training teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Direct experience and record of building data-driven branding performance campaign strategies with proven business impact.
    • Experience running  TV, Out of Home, audio, and influencer campaigns. 
    • Experience building measurement strategies. 
    • Strong consumer judgement and ability to convert insights into action.
    • Experience in a highly analytical role, and are comfortable working through uncertainty, managing risk, and making data-driven decisions
    • Expert in Excel, proficient in data analysis
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
