As our Renewals Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the renewal process for our fast-growing commercial customer base while working closely with Customer Success Managers to improve operational efficiency.


  • Responsible for overseeing all assigned contract renewals, which includes working directly with Customer Success Managers and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Enlist the efforts of customer success managers and senior management when necessary to accelerate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ownership of contract processes including usage upgrades and related renewals
  • Work with the CSMs to identify and coordinate business reviews with key stakeholders for at-risk accounts
  • Complete risk assessments for accounts with poor health
  • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Organized self-starter and possess the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver
  • Experienced with direct customer contactFamiliarity with contracts, terms of service, and legal issues
  • Clear and articulate communication skills with the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Phenomenal organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Salesforce skills strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience
