Description

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our in-house Creative Production team. As the Production Coordinator, you are the glue between the creative production team in Portland and our creative project managers in SF. You know the product assortment inside and out, and enjoy working cross-functionally. You have a soft spot for spreadsheets, and have tried-and-true methods of staying organized and on top of your to-do list. 
 
This role is ideal for someone ambitious, organized and passionate about what Grove does. Experience working with a high-level of attention to detail on hyper organized, cross-functional projects with a deadline is strongly preferred.
 

Your Role & Impact

    • Manage all product sample requesting, hand-off, delivery, and returns for photography 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on streamlining and evolving product tracking spreadsheets and processes
    • Assist production crew on-location or in-studio during shoot days
    • Support producer + art director production tasks including; creating call-sheets, prop organization, catering, studio and location logistics, photo reviews, and media archive  
    • Maintain archive of all production tracking spreadsheets and legal documents
    • Package and send product samples to shoot locations
    • Cultivate knowledge of product assortment, vendor guidelines, and internal merchandising

About You

    • 1-3  years of experience as an assistant or coordinator in merchandising, production, or inventory management
    • Ability to manage several overlapping project timelines at once
    • Willingness to learn and solve problems through critical thinking 
    • Self-starter that values collaboration and feedback
