The Human Resources (HR) Business Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow, and maintaining internal HR systems. On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment on establishing departmental operation goals, standards, policies and procedures. 

What you’ll be doing

    • Monitor and update internal HR systems and databases
    • Design and implement company policies
    • Monitor key HR metrics
    • Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
    • Performance management and evaluation: Update performance management and evaluation process, and track employee and manager participation in the defined process
    • Establish and maintain HR records, personnel files, and other relevant documentation
    • Manage change process
    • Integral part of assisting with the operational Performance Review Process tasks
    • Audit benefits bills
    • Manage contractor onboarding process
    • Manage and Administer UK and Singapore benefits
    • Assist on immigraion matters, such as visa letter requests
    • Manage and Support US benefits compliance
    • Support all site related program end to end for (Vendor Management, etc.), any ad-hoc site support

Required experience and skills

    • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree (MBA – HR preferred)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • High confidentiality and integrity
    • Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player with good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
    • Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time
    • Fast learner with ability to deal with ambiguity
    • Experience in shared services environment or similar environment
    • HRIS experience
    • Experience working for a global company
