Sojern is looking for a Singapore-based Senior Account Manager to join our Enterprise Commercial team and support our continued expansion across Southeast Asia.

The position will partner closely with our Singapore sales team to build and execute regional account strategy, supervise a team of two account managers, and be responsible for delivering the highest level of client success.

To thrive, candidates must be able to manage and develop the team, establish trust-based relationships with clients and internal key stakeholders. They must have deep experience with planning and managing online media campaigns, including performance-based programmatic advertising.

  • Be the lead on your assigned key accounts and oversee the successful management of accounts and campaigns across your entire team.

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of 2 account managers focused on Southeast Asia markets like Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, to name a few.

  • Ensure your team contributes to the revenue growth of the region by developing existing business via renewals, upsells and cross-sells.

  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of the programmatic landscape across Southeast Asia to provide sound campaign strategies and recommendations to clients.

  • Partner closely with the Southeast Asia sales team and Ad Operations team on the account and campaign strategies.

  • Drive innovation and process improvements to generate efficiencies for our clients and the wider Sojern business.


What You Bring To The Table:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • You have 5+ years ad-tech industry, Account Management and job-related experience.

  • You have experience managing at least 1 direct report for over a year.

  • You have an intimate understanding of the Southeast Asia ad-tech landscape and key players on both buy and sell sides.

  • You have proven hands-on programmatic campaign management/trading experience with a deep understanding of various Demand-Side Platforms and associated tools.

  • You have the experience and initiative with providing strategic recommendations to drive added value for your clients.

  • You possess strong analytical skills whilst being able to use data to tell a story.

  • You are detail-oriented and have proven exemplary organisational skills.

  • You are keen to evolve and learn within a start-up environment.

  • You are able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and have a great teamplayer approach to your work ethos.

  • You have excellent writing and presentation communication skills.
