Minted is seeking a dynamic marketer to accelerate new customer acquisition via paid performance channels with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM). This is a unique opportunity for a quantitative marketer to build on Minted’s strong marketing foundation and introduce new ideas that take Minted to the next level.

You will:

    • Develop and execute SEM, paid social, and other channel marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue and new customer acquisition goals
    • Analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions
    • Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, etc
    • Plan and manage campaigns and budgets to meet efficiency target
    • Test new marketing channels and ad products including owning the process from tracking and technical integration to trafficking campaigns, optimizing and measuring success
    • Partner with analytics to improve reporting capabilities/marketing dashboards and develop understanding of related metrics (e.g. LTV, new/repeat mix, etc.)
    • Work with creative team to develop marketing copy and other creative needed to support campaigns
    • Gather insights on performance and create feedback loop to creative partners
    • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns
    • Drive ad operations in partnership with agencies; hold agencies accountable
    • Clearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members - this means succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance
    • Create broad visibility into marketing learnings and impact; develop organization-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact your initiatives delivers to the business
    • Work cross-functionally with category general managers, product, engineering, creative, analytics to unlock new growth opportunities

    • Curious and proactive
    • Highly analytical and skilled at data analysis; you enjoy digging deeply into data and building Excel models
    • An excellent communicator - you can pull out salient data points to tell a compelling story
    • Perfectionist who is extremely detail-oriented and has a passion for being well-organizedFast learner and natural collaborator with excellent listening skills
    • At the forefront of marketing trends and emerging media opportunities
    • You are eager to find new ways to grow the business, and have your finger on the pulse of the marketing and ecommerce industry

You have:

    • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required
