Minted is looking for an Email Marketing Associate to own the execution, reporting and testing and optimization of its lifecycle, transaction and triggered programs. The successful candidate will be data-driven and have extremely high attention to detail; be highly effective at working cross-functionally with multiple teams; and proactively manage the shopability and performance of Minted’s email marketing programs.

You will:

    • Help manage the strategy, planning and growth of lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive measurable improvements in customer engagement and LTV
    • Leverage analytics to identify, size and prioritize opportunities
    • Set-up and launch email campaigns with heavy emphasis on customer segmentation, customer journeys, testing protocol, and technical execution
    • Set up, test and launch email campaigns using Sailthru
    • Create filters in Sailthru email tool for segmentation using customer profile attributes and other variables
    • Own reporting on a weekly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis, sharing performance, best practices and recommendations with cross functional teams
    • Manage the creation of creative assets from briefing to deployment, working closely with designers, copywriters and developers

You are:

    • Well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage several projects to completion against tight deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work cross functionally with creative, technical, and operational partners
    • Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands-on experience with Excel (incl. pivot tables, vLookups, IF statements)
    • Strong sense of quality control appropriate for a premium brand
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced changing environment; willingness to work overtime on as-needed basis

Bonus points:

    • Experience in lifecycle marketing, engagement marketing, or CRM
    • Experience at a high-growth tech company
    • Experience with SQL
    • Familiarity with email-specific tools (Sailthru, Responsys, ExactTarget, etc.), languages (HTML, CSS) and/or project management software.
