Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing/social media management

• Must be well-versed in the influencer landscape and have existing relationships with influencers and the ability

to execute and analyze results of full-scale campaigns

• Has strong negotiation skills and a proven track record working directly with talent, clients, agents, and

managers

• Has a passion for creators and influencers and understands how to package them into projects that drive

social, PR, Experiential and content initiatives for the brand. This manager will need to be both a strategist and

executioner.

• Social media - proven track record in community management and growing social followings

• Highly organized and proactive, always looking for ways to push Birdie’s social forward while still keeping on

top of the day-to-day

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment*

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong work ethic

• Creative problem solver

Social Media

Responsibilities • Responsible for strategic management of organic social media

including strategy and execution

• Grow and engage Birdies audience and brand reputation across

all relevant social networks

• Implement and develop Birdie’s social media strategy • Schedule daily posts across social media platforms and manage

the social media calendar

• Work with the product team to coordinate and/or execute

supporting social campaigns for key product/brand launches

• Pitch and execute social content series and programming • Maintain “always on” work flexibility to handle communication

needs outside of typical business hours, as well as travel and

events

• Monitor conversations and trends across social media platforms to

respond timely, on brand, and inform relevant internal teams of

questions, product suggestions, story ideas and trending topics

• Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates,

including wins, learnings, and opportunities for improvement
