Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing/social media management

• Must be well-versed in the influencer landscape and have existing relationships with influencers and the ability

to execute and analyze results of full-scale campaigns

• Has strong negotiation skills and a proven track record working directly with talent, clients, agents, and

managers

• Has a passion for creators and influencers and understands how to package them into projects that drive

social, PR, Experiential and content initiatives for the brand. This manager will need to be both a strategist and

executioner.

• Social media - proven track record in community management and growing social followings

• Highly organized and proactive, always looking for ways to push Birdie’s social forward while still keeping on

top of the day-to-day

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment*

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong work ethic

• Creative problem solver

Influencer Marketing Responsibilities

ORGANIC INFLUENCER OUTREACH: 

• Lead digital influencer outreach and secure social placements & partnerships

• Build and maintain influencer contact database including outreach, gifting and tracking

• Substantially grow influencer network and strengthen relationships with existing influencers

• Oversee all brand gifting initiatives (PR, influencers, events,etc)

• Closely monitor influencer’s posts and ensure Birdies arefeatured

• Plan influencer events and travel to relevant cities for in-person meet-ups

• Recommend influencer posts that are relevant to be shared on @Birdies account 

Influencer Marketing Responsibilities

PAID INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT:

• Partner with influencer agency to select on-brand influencers, coordinate logistics, track gifting & posting calendar

• For paid outreach, negotiate influencer deals that mutually benefit the brand and influencer

• Assess metrics to measure success of paid influencer programs
