What you'll do:
Copper is realizing unprecedented growth in unsolicited customer signups. Customers love our product and we need talented Sales Development Representations to bring our vision and service for a better way to sell to the hundreds of inbound customer leads we receive every day. The Sales Development Representative will field inbound leads, qualifying them, and determining next steps are. Persistence and drive are a requirement for success in this role and at Copper, successful SDRs find quick advancement within the sales team.
A day in the life…
Improve and scale our test automation system
Lead a highly efficient QA team and mentor team members
Optimize the current automation suite
Work with engineering, operations, customer success and other teams to improve product quality
Reduce the product time to market
What you have:
5+ years of software testing experience
3+ years of hands-on test automation experience
2+ years of people management experience
Ability to drive technical and organizational changes
Excellent written and oral communication
Advanced Selenium knowledge
A working knowledge of Java
Experience testing modern single page web applications
Great attention to detail
