Position Summary
The IT Engineer will ensure all necessary software components and corporate hardware are seamlessly integrated and functioning properly to support data-driven operational systems. This position requires the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technology issues, configure and maintain computer equipment, and support a variety of industry-standard tools and proprietary software systems.


    • Maintains a strong customer focus in providing services, at times conferring with vendors, partners, and clients.
    • Ability to create new technical solutions, improve existing designs, and modify and test software tools.
    • Capable of comprehending, analyzing, and troubleshooting highly complex systems and production processes.
    • Self-starter with ability to balance a sense of urgency against measured thinking and attention to detail.
    • Manage internal cloud hosting environments and deployments.
    • Support on call rotation.
    • Hardware and software support.

Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of relevant experience required.
      • Technical skills with MacOS.
      • Experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform and Okta.
      • Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of user experience, both verbally and written.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.
      • Able to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple communication protocols, networks, and operating systems.
      • Strong attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
    • Knowledge of programming languages.
    • Familiarity with Jamf and OpenVPN.
    • Technical skills with Windows and Linux.
    • Experience with administering AWS and GCP.
    • Managed a fleet of 100+ MacOS computers.
    • Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Solid understanding of network design, performance, and security.
