- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech /M.E./ M.Tech MCA with (Bsc.IT/Bsc. Comp/BCA) is mandatory
- 60% in Xth, XIIth/diploma & B.E./B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech / MCA with (Bsc.IT/Bsc. Comp/BCA)
Skills Required :
Strong customer engagement skills
Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills
Experience of working as a consultant/ BA in CRM domain.
Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagements
Good negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to create business cases and articulate business value proposition to the customer.
Drive Product Adoption across different business lines & within the client organization
Identify, develop and maintain relations with present clients.
Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate will be responsible for handling existing customers and new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.
He will also be responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets.
Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
