As we continue to grow, we are looking for our next Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent team. At Plaid, you can expect high levels of impact at a fast-past scaling startup.

What you'll do

    • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the entire interview process
    • Own every aspect of the interview scheduling process and communicate all logistics to candidates and interview teams
    • Manage and coordinate all candidate travel and reimbursements
    • Maintain Lever, our Applicant Tracking System, and ensure data integrity
    • Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes
    • Facilitate onsite interviews and ensuring that schedules are being kept on time

Who you are

    • BA/BS degree and at least 1 year of experience in a coordinator role
    • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional and positive with a strong sense of responsibility
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
    • Ability to overcome challenges and effectively solve problems
    • Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
    • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
