Description

 

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will develop solutions to software-oriented automation technical problems during the implementation phase and you will be responsible for web and server-side deployment and for maintenance of existing applications. You will research, design, document and test new programs, while working with the customer and your team to interpret business requirements, usability feedback results, and functional specifications to make technical recommendations for optimal customer solutions. It will be critical for you to understand requirements and what functionality is best suited for a scalable, positive, and innovative end-customer experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to code using SQL language concepts, along with SQL Server experience
  • Good understanding of .Net platforms and basic ability to perform some coding in C# preferred
  • General understanding of concepts and familiarity with JSON, XML, CSS, Angular JS
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
  • Understanding of Web Services
  • Experience with client-facing solution integration projects
  • Demonstrated experience to understand client needs, identify root causes of problems, and deliver creative and pragmatic solutions
  • Experience with performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation
  • UI design and implementation skills are a plus
  • Understanding of Python is a plus
  • Problem solving skills, detail oriented, technical aptitude and experience a must.
