Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic full lifecycle contract recruiter based in our growing Kansas City office, who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. You are highly responsive to our candidates as well as our hiring managers.  As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll make a big impact on Minted and our success through hiring critical talent into Engineering and other teams across the company, specifically in our Kansas City location. Partnering closely with our leadership team and our passionate hiring managers, you’ll develop effective talent acquisition strategies, help strengthen our employer branding, and implement recruiting processes and programs that enable us to reach our goals.

You will:

    • Do full-cycle recruiting for your roles, creating innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to Minted.
    • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
    • Build relationships - quickly establishing and building rapport and trust with the hiring managers and candidates to effectively and expeditiously close roles with top talent.
    • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
    • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to drive process and team improvements.

You are:

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid, and dynamic environment.
    • Flexible, a quick learner and self-starter who needs little direction to be successful.
    • Curious, always looking to improve process, experience and environment as it relates to the recruiting and candidate experience.
    • A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where needed.

You have:

    • 5 years of proven in-house/agency full-cycle tech recruiting.
    • A BA/BS (Business, Communications or a related field) or equivalent work experience
    • A proven track record of successful partnership with engineering leaders to find top notch technical candidates.
    • A passion and ability to identify quality engineering candidates and deftly close them
    • Strong attention to detail, high ability to maneuver fluidly with changing priorities
    • Experience working with distributed teamsExperience in an eCommerce and/or retail space (bonus)
    • Knowledge of Lever (bonus)
