You’ll join the Developer group here at Plaid as the first Technical Writer and content strategist, and enable our developers to quickly ship reliable code, while minimizing cognitive overhead. • Establish writing standards, a Plaid “voice”, and best practices for unifying and scaling our documentation
    • Create a long-term content strategy, organize documentation and make learning resources easily discoverable for developers
    • Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills

What excites you

    • Our Documentation, API, and onboarding experience as well as their potential for optimization
    • Solving problems for developers, builders, and small to enterprise start-ups
    • A product-minded culture that rapidly moves from creative concepts to concrete solutions

What excites us

    • Ability to write – capable of producing clear, concise, and instructive prose
    • Familiarity with modern web services, APIs and general developer tools such as git, bash, etc.
    • Thoughtful and friendly voice with impeccable grammar, spelling, editing, and proofreading skills
    • You can understand Plaid’s product with a high degree of technical depth
    • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
