Position Overview
We're looking for a candidate to support Exabeam's global customers. This person will be working closely with the worldwide field organization, channel partners, and internal teams. A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail. The Order Management Specialist is a highly valued member of the Order Management Team and will report to the Director of Supply Chain.


    • Act as subject matter expert on all aspects of order entry – PO requirements, revenue, shipping, approvals, contracts, etc.
    • Ensure customer orders are reviewed and processed in Salesforce and Netsuite in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus on month-end and quarter-end deadlines
    • Manage order inquiries from channel partners and the field organization to ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner in order to provide an excellent customer service experience
    • Work collaboratively with deal desk, revenue accounting, legal, accounts receivable and other teams to solve order issues, both pre-booking and post-booking, and to streamline the quote-to-cash process
    • Fulfill orders for software, SaaS and hardware offerings, including generation and delivery of license keys
    • Manage end-to-end hardware fulfillment process (vendor orders, shipment confirmation, logistics, customer proof of delivery)
    • Manage and maintain departmental transactions and records across applicable systems and conduct ad-hoc projects
    • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
    • Document Order Management processing procedures and best practices to facilitate training of new team members


    • Two-to-five years experience in Order Management, Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related role in a high-tech industry
    • Ideal candidate has experience involving processing orders for enterprise SaaS, software and hardware products, including license key generation
    • Experience working with domestic and international channel partners
    • Familiarity with basic operational concepts as they relate to order processing, logistics and account management
    • Enjoys working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work extended hours during quarter-end close
    • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills – ideal candidate should be able to make reasonable decisions when presented with imperfect data
    • Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple orders and inquiries simultaneously with minimal supervision
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input and feedback to the team
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to maintain professional and courteous communication with all levels of customer and company personnel
    • Strong computer knowledge and skill in MS Office and enterprise ERP order management systems.  Salesforce and NetSuite are a plus
    • Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Finance or related area is preferred
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
