What you'll do:
You’ll be leading a team of hungry and motivated QA Analysts/Engineers. Copper is in the process of transitioning from 100% manual testing in its early days to a completely automated release regression process. You will be leading this effort as well as maturing our overall QA process to be more efficient and scalable.
A day in the life…
Improve and scale our test automation system
Lead a highly efficient QA team and mentor team members
Optimize the current automation suite
Work with engineering, operations, customer success and other teams to improve product quality
Reduce the product time to market
What you have:
5+ years of software testing experience
3+ years of hands-on test automation experience
2+ years of people management experience
Ability to drive technical and organizational changes
Excellent written and oral communication
Advanced Selenium knowledge
A working knowledge of Java
Experience testing modern single page web applications
Great attention to detail
