Copper is seeking a talented Marketing Automation Manager who will lead in the design, development, and optimization of all programs and processes within Copper’s Marketing Automation platform, Marketo. You will help guide our SMB lead acquisition and engagement strategy; focusing on increasing conversion and velocity through email and integrated campaigns. By establishing data standards and learning workflows you will help us better understand our audience segments, and increase the relevancy and timeliness of each marketing interaction. You are very passionate about being part of a team and working collaboratively with small teams and senior leadership alike while never settling for “good enough.”
