What you'll do...

    • Work cross-functionally to lead in the development and execution of Integrated Campaigns that span brand awareness through to demand generation, and are executed across all digital and offline channels
    • Ensure high-impact programs that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel, while hitting target metrics, including leads, MQLS, marketing ROI 
    • Establish and own a framework to test, iterate, and improve the velocity and volume of conversions across demo and trial efforts 
    • Partner with the Sales team to drive quality lead generation and prospecting, optimize conversion, and improve workflows and processes 
    • Lead the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, emails and ads), working with the broader team and our various agencies 
    • Direct strategy and management of on-demand webinars, conferences and events 
    • Champion A/B testing and marketing best practices across the organization 

What you'll have...

    • 5+ years experience driving lead generation and customer acquisition activities in SMB/volume-focused B2B environment (self-serve and SDR supported) 
    • Mastery of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred) 
    • A track record of delivering results across paid, owned, and earned channels, and significantly scaling lead acquisition and pipeline growth 
    • A focus on process maturity and repeatability for foundational campaigns, and a hunger to experiment with innovative programs and tactics 
    • An obsession with consumer-grade campaigns that are both frictionless and memorable
    • Experience as data-driven digital marketer with a history of integrating content marketing and demand generation strategies to increase funnel conversion and drive revenue 
    • Demonstrated experience managing outside agencies and vendors to deliver great work and results, while meeting deadlines and staying on budget 
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
