Description

We are looking for someone motivated, analytical, and highly adaptable who can build strategy as well

as execute all aspects of our inventory management process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone

who wants to make an impact at an exciting, fast growing, direct to consumer brand. You will work cross

functionally with merchandising, logistics, finance and marketing to drive the business to meet our

growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage inventory and sales forecasting models to identify risk and opportunities

across channels. Responsible for open-to-buy process

• Continually monitor supply and demand performance to maximize sales and maintain optimal

inventory. Identify and generate reorders or purchase order revisions to ensure proper receipt

flow for retail and wholesale orders

• Reconcile inventory levels with inbound shipments and ensure accurate data across systems

• Report sales and inventory performance and facilitate visibility of inventory-related information

• Work closely with merchandising team on pre-season, item level plans that align with product

strategy and tops-down financial goals, leveraging historical data. Manage timelines to ensure

timely and accurate execution of purchase orders

• Forecast sales for existing and upcoming product launches with the marketing team to

determine appropriate levels of replenishment and new launch buys to support revenue goals

• Manage markdown and end-of-life disposition strategies for non-go forward products

• Develop long-term demand forecasts in collaboration with finance analytics

• Evolve key planning tools. Build models, tools and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy

as we scale

• Complete projects as may be assigned from time to time
