Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head/VP of Finance will play a critical role in developing and owning the financial strategy and ongoing financial management for Boost as we continue through a phase of hyper growth. The role will own the task of establishing strong foundational practices for Boost’s insurance-specific and company-level financial reporting processes to ensure our long term success.
We are looking for a proven executive or high-octane and ambitious achiever to lead all aspects of our financial needs in close collaboration with our CEO and Founder. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by building businesses, comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, and has the willingness to get in the weeds to execute all day-to-day financial responsibilities. This is a critical position for the company, so candidates should not only be excited about making an immediate impact on a high-growth startup, but also long term goals-orientated and passionate about taking on a leadership role as we build something special over the long haul.
