As our VP of Sales Operations, you will:

Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with the CRO to drive company revenue and build a sales organization that operates impeccably for the long term
Build out people, systems and processes to enable healthy, rapid scale
Serve as strategic thought partner to the CRO in all critical decision making using a data-driven approach
Collaborate with all functions to ensure Sales and the rest of the company are in lockstep
Hire, inspire and develop a growing Sales Operations team

Experience owning Sales and SDR Operations and building the function from small to large
Extensive experience at tier 1, SaaS companies
