Are you looking to launch your career in Human Resources? We're seeking a Human Resources (otherwise known as People Operations) Coordinator to manage employee data integrity, own the on-boarding process, and support the People Operations team's initiatives. The People Operations Coordinator will provide a bridge of communication for employees and will be instrumental in helping Grove continue to grow and evolve our people experience at our Fulfillment Center.

Your Responsibilities

    • Responsible for integrity and accuracy of data in BambooHR and ADP, including for onboarding and offboarding (input, update, audit and manage employee transaction data) 
    • Partner and facilitate new hire initial onboarding including, but not limited to, uploading data to ADP, new hire paperwork, I-9 verification and presenting new hire benefits overview
    • Initial point of contact for employee questions related to their employee experience including but not limited to payroll, benefits enrollment reminders 
    •  Understand standard policies and practices to answer questions and triage complex issues with the People Operations Partner
    • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports in ADP
    • Partner and provide assistance with worker’s compensation filings and leave of absence requests
    • Conduct employment verifications and assist with unemployment claims
    • Create and maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee files
    • Participate in and support efforts on annual open enrollment processes and communications
    • Coordinate with General Manager and People Operations Partner on implementing engagement activities for the fulfillment center (anniversaries, birthdays, fun events, etc)
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 1 - 3 years experience in administrative, HR operations or benefits administration
    • Growth mindset and ability to embrace change with a great attitude
    •  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Customer-centric attitude and eagerness to delight and support new and existing employees
    • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate initiative, follow-through and flexibility
    • Professional maturity to maintain strict confidentiality
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under established timelines
    • Experience with ADP and BambooHR a plus
