As the Operations at Plaid, you will work closely with top-level Executives to help
enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with
exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative,
attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering strategic value
in a fast paced environment.
What excites you:

        Working closely to and representing Executives to high-level individuals both internally and externally
        Managing multiple complex day-to-day schedules
        Coordinating internal meetings including but not limited to one-on-one meetings, interviews, team meetings, full staff meetings, etc.
        A passion for creating the ultimate employee experience through the office environment and aesthetics
        Managing special projects and working under pressure with high-performance standards
        Event planning including regular social events, external events, holiday parties and offsite retreats
        Manage team swag
        Booking and coordinating logistics for international and domestic travel
        Manage office space and work environment including making sure the office is kept clean, supplied, organised and in working order
        Coordinate guest arrival, including desk set-up and office pass maintenance
        Assist with new hire onboarding
        Management and execution of local events to drive sales, build a community, and enable recruiting including logistics, production, venues, and budget
        Assist with thinking creatively about the customer and prospect experience at events, and build experiences that are above expectations for attendees
