To support the growth of our people and continue delighting our customers, we are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator who is highly organized and detail oriented. This person will be able to help build and scale our recruiting efforts by supporting our in-house recruiting team through carefully evaluating resumes, maintaining our Applicant Tracking System, and coordinating a high volume of interviews. We’re looking for someone who has a strong desire to improve processes in order to create a world class candidate experience. 

Your Role & Impact

    • Deliver a great candidate experience via email, phone, or in person
    • Coordinate all candidate interviews and travel
    • Assist with the interview process through coordinating feedback loops, recognizing key stakeholders, and maintaining communications with candidates and hiring teams
    • Maintain Applicant Tracking System by ensuring all information is up-to-date including: posting jobs, maintaining candidate status, and closing the job posts
    • Support in-house recruiting team through ad-hoc projects involving recruiting programs, events, operations, reporting, etc. 
    • Develop and implement new recruiting/coordination processes that improve the way we support candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

About You

    • Experience:
    • 1+ years of high volume coordination or recruiting experience 
    • Professional written and verbal communication
    • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of recruiting metrics and KPI’s
    • You Have:
    • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Ability to schedule 100+ interviews a week
    • A passion and commitment to creating a world-class recruiting/employer brand and candidate experience
    • Ability to be flexible, open to change, and adaptable
    • Ability to multitask by balancing the needs of numerous candidates, hiring managers and recruiting every hour.
