Position Overview
The Sales Development Manager, EMEA position provides management and support for the EMEA SDR team reporting into the Global Director of Sales Development. The manager will act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, HQ, and the team to drive success in the region. 


    • Manage a team of SDRs covering the EMEA region
    • Report weekly metrics for SQLs, SAOs, and other metrics as required by management
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales and the Partner network to drive success in the region
    • Hold weekly 1:1 coaching and catch up sessions with team members as well as a weekly team meeting
    • Regular meetings with Regional Sales Leadership
    • Attend Marketing, Sales, and internal Sales Development management meetings as necessary
    • Drive persona and value-based messaging with SDR teamPromote Marketing initiatives in the EMEA region
    • Travel to support regional Conferences/Events and to HQ as needed
    • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events
    • Provide appropriate feedback to ensure continuous process optimization


    • 2+ years of Sales Development Management experience
    • Servant Leadership mindset
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently 
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a strong writer, speaker, and listener
    • Solid presentation skills
    • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to align solutions with overall business strategy for customers in a range of roles from technical champions to C-level business buyers
    • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
    • The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it
    • The intellectual horsepower to become a guide on Exabeam in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come
    • Sales training,, Outreach, and ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg experience a plus
    • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution preferred
    • Cybersecurity background a plus but not required
