We’re hiring a Customer Success Operations role whose mission will be to drive the
effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success team. You will report into the VP of
Customer Success and will be their trusted partner in defining customer success objectives,
strategy, tactics, and in implementing processes that scale. This role be a blend of high
level planning and low level implementation. Successful Candidates should be very
comfortable getting their hands dirty.

What you'll do...

    • Manage the operational reporting on customer and team performance metrics
    • Maintain renewals, expansion, and retention forecasts
    • Internal processes improvement
    • Cross-Functional coordination between different departments
    • Provide materials and data that help CSMs work more effectively
    • Implement and manage software and systems that facilitates CSM Ops activities

What you'll have...

    • 5+ years prior experience in an operations or data analyst role
    • Proficiency with data analysis, database queries, reporting and excel
    • Ability to develop and maintain complex queries and data integrations is ideal
    • Very positive demeanor and ability to persevere through multiple customer challenges each day
    • Experience with CRM, CSM or other operational software tools
    • Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year University
    • Track record of ambitious overachievement
    • Excellent team player and able to work under own initiative
    • Ability work in a very energetic, ambitious office setting
